The school has an animal department consisting of three different sections, divided according to animal type. We have an aviary for birds, a section for mammals, our aquariums, and finally, a section for reptiles.
Connected to our animal department we have a clinic with isolation rooms for sick animals.
All students in first year take the course, ”Animal studies”, which is a combination of theory and the practical care of the school’s own pets. Students work in small groups under the supervision of both animal care assistants and various teachers to learn the best methods of caring for the most common pets.
