Do you already love horses or are you just now discovering their enchantment?
In this programme you will have the opportunity to complete in-depth studies of all
that horses and riding have to offer. You will learn about daily horse care and management
and will also gain knowledge about equine anatomy and behaviour, as well as the horse’s various areas of use.
In completing the course “Hoof care” you will be able to receive a certificate to confirm your
competence in hoof care, including hoof cleaning, trimming and shoeing.
Through practical instruction in the stable you will have many opportunities to improve your own riding skills. If you would also like to get to know more about the myth-enshrouded Icelandic horse, then this is the profile for you!
In total you will complete at least ten weeks of practical work experience in a stable or at a riding school
